This page lists any current issues or planned maintenance that affects our services. Current Status

2013-06-17 19:10 — In a few minutes we will be rebooting smok, which is our primary backup server. This is due to unexplained NFS failures which have affected a number of customers.

Planned maintenance

2013-06-18 23:00 – 2013-06-19 02:00 — we will be replacing several switches in our Cambridge data centre and upgrading the firmware in several others. It is likely that customers in Cambridge, including our hosting customers on yali and onza will experience several short network outages during this period. We do not anticipate that any network outages will last significantly longer than a couple of minutes, and hopefully they will be shorter.
