2012-05-15 16:27 — We believe that all services on sphinx are back to normal. If you are still seeing any problems, please email us.

2012-05-15 14:32 — a faulty power connection has resulted in one of our shell servers, sphinx, being rebooted. We are currently on site and will make sure it comes up as swiftly as possible.
